Concerns Regions, Municipalities, legal persons representing the Church or other public entities, who intend to sign a contract with the Ministry in order to study or implement projects for the protection, conservation, restoration and enhancement of a monument, archeological site, or the surrounding environment, under the supervision of the Ministry.

Concerns individuals, enterprises or government bodies intending to contribute through financial  assistance or other means and services to the protection and enhancement of movable or immovable monuments of cultural heritage that are under the responsibility of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
