Concerns Municipalities or other cultural entities who request a long-term concession of a monument owned by the Greek State, for a specific purpose or change of use.

Concerns individuals, enterprises, government bodies or cultural entities intending to:

1. Organize an event in proximity to or within the area of an archeological site, historical place or a monument.
2. Film within the area of a historical place or modern monuments.
