Concerns the submission of questions and reports in favor of the Ombudsman and other auditing services (Body of Inspectors-Auditors of Public Administration, General Inspector of Public Administration, Special Controls Service) on specific cases of individuals or Administrative actions.

Concerns individuals, enterprises and government bodies which object to a decision that has been adopted following the assent of the Local Council of Monuments or the Central Archeological Council, and make a request to the administrative authority responsible for its adoption proposing that the decision should be revoked or amended (Internal administrative Appeal), or make a request for its annulment (Hierarchical Appeal) towards the next higher level of administrative authority.
