Concerns individuals, enterprises and government bodies that wish to construct a new building, or preform actions of restoration/repair, interventions or installments in the exterior design of an existing building that covers part of an archeological site, a historical place or is within a zone of protection in proximity to a monument.

This procedure addresses also individuals, enterprises and government bodies intending to: install RES, operate a quarry or a mine, perform mineral exploration activities, install an industrial, crafting or commercial facility, install telecommunication systems, construct port facilities, request concession for the use of coast or seashore, as well as any other work or activity, which requires the approval of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.

It also concerns government bodies which submit environmental impact studies.

 

This service includes cases that require the adoption of a decision by the Ministry regarding the preservation of antiquities revealed in the process of any work or activity, on the basis of the current archeological legislation.
